My friends,
Soul Metrics serves a growing community of people who are taking steps in maintaining and developing their spiritual health, which includes not only your relationship to God, but your emotional health, and your ability to reach out to others with empathy. In this time of crisis, it is even more important that you actively maintain your spiritual health, first, for yourself, and secondly, for the sake of the people whom God has entrusted to your care.
Many of you have taken the first step into this journey with us by taking the God-Personal-Social (GPS) Spiritual Inventory©. If you refer to your feedback report, you will find information about ways you can develop your spiritual health even further in addition to your personal strengths and areas of development. One of the best ways to go about taking intentional steps toward greater spiritual health is to work with an experienced partner.
If you are like me right now, you are at home either with loved ones or alone. Both circumstances have their challenges, but it is a perfect time to build greater trust in God, wholeness, and empathy for others. For the next month I would like to offer you one of two things at no cost:
- A 30-Minute Pastoral Care Session. If you need someone to talk with and to pray for you during this difficult time, email me at paulburns@soul-metrics.com to schedule a time.
- A 30–Minute Spiritual Health Coaching Session. If you have taken the GPS Spiritual Inventory and would like to talk about putting together a spiritual health plan tailored to your preferences and needs, email me at paulburns@soul-metrics.com.
The best thing you can do for yourself, your loved ones, and this world is to maintain and develop your spiritual health.
May God’s peace fill you!
Rev. Dr. Paul Burns
